Privacy policy for Snack Smash on Android · Updated September 12, 2026
This policy explains how Borg Mobile handles information in Snack Smash
(com.borgmobile.snacksmash). For privacy questions or requests, contact
support@tsyborg.com and mention Snack Smash.
Playing and saving
You can play without creating a game account. Progress, settings, lives, gems, rewards and purchase-entitlement records are saved on your device. The game does not provide a Borg Mobile player account, chat or a player cloud-save service. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove your local progress.
Advertising and privacy choices
Snack Smash uses Google AdMob for occasional ads between completed levels and optional ads that offer an in-game reward. The Google Mobile Ads SDK can collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or other identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information, including crash and performance data. Google uses this information to serve and measure ads, analyze service performance, and prevent fraud.
Where required, Google's consent system presents privacy choices before ads can be requested. You can revisit the available choices using the privacy option in the game's settings. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized or limited. Refusing personalized ads does not necessarily stop all information needed to deliver or protect an ad service.
Buying Remove Ads disables automatic interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain optional and their offers can also be hidden in settings. Android's system privacy settings let you reset or delete your advertising ID. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.
Purchases
Android purchases are processed through Google Play using Unity In-App Purchasing. We do not receive your payment card number or bank credentials. Purchase-related data can include the product, price, transaction identifier, purchase status and receipt, together with installation, session, device and country information used by the purchasing services. This supports transactions, entitlement restoration, service operation, measurement and fraud prevention.
Unity's purchasing SDK can also collect crash reports, diagnostics and other performance information for service operation and analytics.
The game keeps local transaction records to deliver purchases and avoid duplicate rewards. Permanent Remove Ads ownership can be restored through the store; consumed gem packs are not granted again as new currency. Optional Unity advertising and developer analytics consent intents are denied by this version; necessary purchasing-service processing may still occur. See Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
What the game does not request
Snack Smash does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise GPS location to play. If you email support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond. Please do not send passwords, full payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Retention, security and your rights
Local game records remain until they are replaced or removed with app storage. Google, Unity and the store retain service and transaction information under their respective policies, including applicable fraud-prevention and legal obligations. Their documented SDK transmissions use encryption in transit.
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you. Some records must be retained for transactions, security or legal obligations. For information held by Google or Unity, use their privacy controls or contact routes. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sharing for targeted advertising. Advertising disclosures and choices are available through the in-game privacy controls where supported. Exercising a choice does not remove your access to the basic game.
Age and policy updates
Snack Smash's declared audience is ages 13 and older. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information can contact us. We may update this policy when the game or its services change; the date above identifies the current version.
